Personally, I'm not bothered by what I'm about to say, and actually found it quite funny... however, I can see why people could be annoyed by it.

Using licence fee money (and quite a lot I'd imagine) to do, what is technically, blatent advertisement for a sandwich shop in leeds. I'm surprised none of the bosses have picked up on the day by day plugs for Longmans sandwich shop.

If there was a national chain of "Longman's" then I presume it would be halted.

Yes, I love the show, but we're all allowed to make comments, whether they be positive or negative. My point was, from an outsider, it could be seen as a waste of money on what is technically an advertisement.

I think Longman is brilliant, and love his banter however the promotion of his shop is starting to grate on me. Just getting sick of Chris going on about it at times. As fo the song, it made me laugh first time round but now I'm sick of it.
