I have listened to the show for the last year or so now but a couple of things confuse me.

Why at just after 9:00am does Moyles say "it's half time on the show, the bit where Dave likes to say Lets get ready to Ramble"

The show starts at 7:00am and ends at 10:00, so this is clearly not half time. Can he not add up or is this some kind of Moyles humour that I am not getting?

Secondly, why for the last six months or so has Aled been part time on the show? He tends to turn up when he feels like it these days?

a) That's the point - its part of the joke the fact that it isn't half way through the show - I think Aled explained this on the BBC Ask Aled a while back

b) Aled was promoted to the role of 'Day' Producer when Will left which meant he doesnt really start until 8:30ish, although he appears earlier if he fancies the guest .
