Drove slowly past as he was interviewing his dad. Was surprised at the small number of people there, I had a clear view alongside the stage from my car (whilst stuck behind a bus). It certainly looked like anyone could get quite close to the front of the crowd without too much bother.

Interesting one for technical buffs - there was no perceptable lag between Chris's voice on the PA, and the audio from my car speakers [Anorak mode off/]
