IACGMOOH Aled?

Bit of a mouthfull!

Sorry about the gap between posting - I've been very busy with the show lately. I/we are not INTO IACGMOOH as much as Big Brother (close but not quite enough for a daily)

BB4 starts in under a month though.

Eddie wrote:Hi Aled, Don't know if you still look at these questions but if you do, I have one for you!

It's great to see (or hear) Viadcut back, an idea no doubt taken from this message board where there has been many a call for it's return. My question is in two parts. 1) why add the "Revenge" bit when the format is no different and 2) Why had the bed been changed? It sounds much better, and funnier (And it is a comedy quiz) with the old bed (the Bottom theme). The new music is far too slick and funky for this competition - doesn't work for it at all! (In my opinion!)

I'm pleased you like having Viaduct.

1) Can you not tell that's part of Chris' humour - it's ironic in the sense it's not different at all. He even says that on air.

2) The bed has changed because the feature's come back now, and Chris just felt it should have a "now" bed. There wasn't some big meeting about it, he just fancied it as far as I can tell. I -personally- think the new bed is slick in a sexy kind of way more than a comedic kind of way. I like that.

Eddie wrote:I can assure you it's not as funny as it once used to be, it could be just because we have fond memories of it and nothing ever lives up to memories but I'm pretty sure it's the music, it just doesn't click!

This is what I meant when I said the old EastEnders episodes are always the best - obviously they're not but we always feel that.

At the moment it's a poor filler. I want back at 5:10 and with the original bed please!

It can't come back at 5:10 because in 3 weeks time my BBAled slot will be taking that time. Did someone say the theme tune is "Bottom" isn't that the theme tune for Dave's Tedious Link? Or are they two seperate tunes?

Yes Aled you are correct the bottom tune was used on the Orginal Viaduct and now is used on Daves Tedious links.

Yeah, The old Viaduct bed is the bed now used for the tedius link. Please pass on our thoughts on the bed to Chris, Viaduct is a comedy quiz, it needs comedy music not slick sexy music as you called it!

What's wrong with today's review?

My part was non-existant. I had my mind on other things and the show didn't grab my attention like it normally does if something interesting is going on.

Aled, did you like Didsbury? Did you check out any of the nice scenery like the cinema complex or Tesco? I myself am a very regular customer of Tesco and find it rather relaxing! Where abouts did you stay, in Manchester itself?
