Just before Christmas I purchased a box of cassette tapes from a user on eBay, which contain roughly 24 hours worth of early Moyles recordings. There's a mix of Afternoon Show and Saturday Show clips, a few longer recordings, and lots of shorter snippets too. No complete/full shows, though.

Some of the recordings come from shows that seem to have been archived here at one point, but are no longer available (such as Chris's birthday show from 2000).

I've been uploading these recordings to mixcloud over the last few months, and I've been meaning to share this here too, but I had some issues with creating an account. I appreciate this site is nowhere near as active as it once was, but I'm sure there's some Moyles fans here who would appreciate some rare and potentially unheard classic Afternoons content.

None of the tapes had any clues regarding dates, so context clues such as news stories, music and any other context clues within the recordings were used (a couple of shows were identified by cross-referencing with old reviews from this site)
