I am currently smiling because Baby Yudster finished runner up in the East Regional Under 11 Squash Championship today - easily his best ever result! He played magnificently - the final was against a lad he knows very well and didn't expect to get a result over, but he got him really panicked and gave him a right scare. Did brilliantly.

Just finished reading The Hunger Games. Very good book, for those who are interested. Gonna buy the film laters.

I've also been enjoying the show the past few weeks. It's scary how much I remember. It's scarier that I seem to remember more than the team. I suspect I won't be alone with that on here.

Oh, other things that are making me smile - I got my eyes lasered the other day which means I now have HD vision. I can't explain how amazin it is that, for the first time ever, I can actually see properly - no frames round my eyes, no bits of plastic in there - properly see!!

(you totally get to smell your eyeball burning btw, lovely )

A friend of mine just had his eyes done too and said the exact same thing about the burning. He said the smell is like when you over straighten your hair
