Mate I agree, but honestly, these stupid * don't even realise the absolute irony of the fact that we remember the fallen, and a HUGE % of those were from overseas, so say fighting on our behalf, so if they are that stupid, don't let it bother you, you are only making the them of them an us easier to identify. You have bigots and zealots in all communities across the world, it's not a class or race or nationality thing, it's purely a stupidity thing. Don't let it make you angry please, as then every time I see you with a Back pack I'll be just a lttle bit scared...........( do I really need a smiley? Poe's law indicates I do, but I hate them)

I mentioned winterval yesterday, and now it's treading because the sun have admitted it was a big lie. It doesn't annoy me, but it's relevant to this thread.

It's the Mail actually - and it's only 13 years too late.

Edit: this is how it came about.

* hell. We finally get internet back at Uni today after 5 days, and now I can't sign into Amazon, Internet Banking, Twitter or my email. And I have loads of work piling up which I haven't been able to get done and tests coming up which I feel nowhere near prepared for. :@

They didn't even know that ours wasn't working until I told them yesterday. And apparently it still isn't completely fixed. Its not as if I don't have work to do.

It's good though, I think this change in attitudes to further education is a really possitive thing fo society, it may actually mean graduates are more intelligent when they leave Univercity which is fantastic, and instances of STI's will reduce........

Well done guys, keep up the good work!

Sounds like either an infection in a piercing or you are allergic to something you put in your mouth. Which, now I think of it, is an excuse I will be using...

my piercing looks fine - I've had it eight years, so I don't *think* that's it. I suspect it's the latter, but what on earth could that be...? (Innuendos aside, I really don't know what it is.)

I've virtually ended up wasting the last two days, well not all of yesterday I was out & about yesterday evening but ended up wasting the evening, the reason why? Well our programmer for the central heating has finally started playing up after 22 years of long service, the thing decides to reset itself over night, the problem is unlike, say, alarm system (where if a panel & keypad goes faulty & is obsolete in most cases you only have to replace the main panel & keypad) with central heating systems you have to rewire the bloody systems.

Now I have managed to track down the programmer, a brand new old stock one that someone has had safely stored for the last 20 years, however the seller has so far taken since yesterday morning to sort out the transaction, I'm still awaiting payment details & the gaps between messages have been between 2-6 hours for each one 8O :x

If it weren't for the fact that my parents couldn't afford a complete upgrade of the programmer & the re-wiring of the system I wouldn't bother chasing it & would get it all redone, it's just that I respond to their messages almost instantly & then I'm waiting 2-3 hours for a response, grrr :x

Finally all sorted :)

Annoying me though is Francis Maud on Channel 4 News basically saying to public service workers "tough shit, we've made our offer deal with it", this coming from an out of touch tosser who will end up with a cushty pension once he retires anyway, dear God I hate this current Government.
