I'm a contract worker, so they can get shot of me with 7 days notice, hence no need for redundancy proceedure as they are just starting with others.

Luckily, I know I am ok for a few more months, but come August time I may be in trouble.

Off for my MRI this afternoon. I'm a bit nervous, and also it's gonna be a right faff to take all my piercings out. It is hopefully a good thing tho, cos it should show what's going on in my hip. I hope.

It went fine, ta. It is a weird experience, but not too scary. As predicted, getting my piercings out and back in was a right faff, thank goodess Dan was there with me to help me. I don't get the results for a month now tho...

My labret bar took ages to get out. Obviously it's wet cos of saliva so I just couldn't get a grip on it to unscrew the ball, it just kept spinning round. This is why I never remove them normally.

Today, as I was walking down the street, the bottom ball of my tongue bar just randomly came loose and dropped off into my mouth. Evidently I didn't screw it back on tight enough! Thankfully I didn't swallow it.
