I don't actually know what to search though as I can't really explain exactly what the problem is but all I know is that it only happens in cover flow

I don't have exams any more but I do still have the occasional nightmare about having to go to school.

I had French writing, and I think it went quite well, partly due to the fact they gave us dictionaries!

Was it like a big essay?

No, well 200 words.

And no (to my knowledge, anyway)

This is biig news and I dunno whats happening to the world!

Oh, also, Murdoch's welcome to her:

EDIT - Although, thinking about it, he'd turn it into a big production number, couldn't he? 'Coming soon to Sky Box Office, like you've never seen her before - eat your heart out Helen Mirren! It's The Queen's Speech'. Cue picture of Queen dangling from a chandellier Bruce Willis style, with a gun.

The tablets my doctor gave me for my hip haven't yet helped. Whenever I think about it it makes me upset cos I know I'm on the downward slide towards a hip replacement. I know that wouldn't be the worst thing in the world, I've just spent many years of my life in and out of hospitals and I really can't face starting up again.

What's the youngest they'll do a hip replacement these days? I remember years ago a friend of mine who had developed arthritis after chemotherapy was told he couldn't have a hip replacement, despite being in agony, because they only expect them to last a limited number of years and they can't do it a second time, so he had to wait until he was older before he could get it done. I would assume that might well have changed though.

No, those things are still taken into account. My dad has had osteomylitis his whole life and ended up having a knee replacement about three years ago, at 58 -it had been obvious for a couple years before that that he needed it, but they waited til he too was in agony and had had every other treatment and minor surgery without success. So yeah, they'll only consider it when I'm on the strongest painkillers known to woman and still in agony, but my consultant told my parents when I was a kid that I'd need it by the time I was 40, and I'm 36 now.

Annoying me today is that I've had to sit through 2 A2 exams - Business Studies (105 minutes) and Maths (90 minutes) and the general consensus was that the Maths paper was bloody hard which I suppose isn't too bad as the grade boundaries should be lowered. But in my Business Studies exam I somehow nearly managed to run out of time! :@ So it was all very rushed but I'm just hoping it wasn't too bad.

I always think its good to be struggling to fit everything in to an exam - if you finish really early, then you've probably either misunderstood the questions or just not done enough. If you don't finish at all then you've again probably misunderstood what the examiner is after and are trying to give too much, ending up not doing enough because you haven't got to the end. If you are working like mad and just get in under the wire, you've probably got it about right!

But i finished with about 30 seconds to spare because i rushed the last question and didn't plan it. I think i spent too much time on the first question tbh.

Had to have my little doggie, Mo, put down today. He was a pain the arse, an absolute nuisance and often the bane of my life, but he'd been in the family for 14 years, that's longer than Mr Yudster - and whatever jokes I might have made about what a pest he was, I'll miss him a lot.
