Aww. That's very sweet. You can always send some to me next if you want, Andy.

I'm not sure if i'll be smiling today...i'm sending flowers to a gal i like at her work, but i've found out that she'd had flowers sent the day before...anonymous flowers which i think i'm getting the credit for despite telling her it wasn't me.

ah well the ones coming today are better :)

Well, if she's getting flowers two days running from two different "mystery" men, and she thinks the first lot were from you, do you think you need to worry about who she might think yours are from?!

Those flowers would definitely help. No doubt. Very nice Mr Chrysostom.

Punching above your weight is never a lost cause. It certainly worked for me anyway. Keep us posted!

Was it good? I'm going to see it tomorrow.

Making me smile today is the fact that it's pay day and I got £250 bonus :)

reading festival was amazing, and i had a brilliant time with my friends...and made a couple new friends.

went on a bit of a date last night (over to hers to watch tv, eat cheesecake and chat), and she's a lot more stunning than i remember.

it's a beautiful day.

three things that left me smiling as i woke up :)

Oh and Victor Meldrew.

I will probably die at Leeds, that would be pretty sick.

Look, I just said 'sick'. I'm down with the kids see.

The Sky engineer who was here yesterday actually had a gold front tooth and used the word "innit".

Not particularly, but I expect that was because he was at work. Don't get me wrong, I'm not criticising him, he was pleasant, polite and efficient - its just not often you get to see a stereotype (well, superficially anyway) up close like that!

It happens. I'm not always a right cow, but I certainly can be. I try to keep it appropriate, but I get it wrong sometimes. My main concern here is that you seem keen to assure me that you don't want to offend me. Have you had a brain injury?
