Sky are annoying me today (and for a few weeks now). Finally, after a week, they managed to pair up my viewing card to my new Sky+ HD box only for my Sky+ functions not to work. After carrying out several suggestions by Sky, it still won't record! :-( Another phone call due from them tonight to try and sort this out. Its a good job I love Sky TV!

Why the hell did I listen to Fearne Cotton all morning just so I could hear Cheryl Cole be relatively crap in the Live Lounge. Amateur mistake.

I could have told you she'd be crap. Schoolboy error.

Did you get some Anbesol? It'll help a lot if it's sore. Way better than Bonjela.

Couldn't stand her on the X-Factor, can't stand the song radio 1 seem to keep playing.

Theres a falseness to her voice thats beyond irritating.

Today, my Parents arguing over the * washing up, it's bad enough that I had a shite day at work & then I have to come home to two twats that have an argument over something so trivial & so tedious. What makes it worse for me is that when one's not in the room the other one slags the other off.

My folks are the same. It's normally over the Nintendo Wii. When i come home from work i find them arguing over who can score more in tennis/bowling/golf etc

And the common denominator in these "arguing parent" scenarios? Grown up kids who won't leave home! Get out, get a life - get housing benefit! Just leave the poor old souls alone!

That is trivial. That said, you should probably do it! Mum and Steve used to argue over the washing up sometimes, but it was because neither wanted to let the other one do it. Now they have a dishwasher though.

That sounds like a more of a banter than an argument to be fair.

What's pissing me off? My exhaust trailing along the * floor on the way to work, meaning I had to get a taxi in and can't pick Cat up from swimming and need to get it sorted tomorrow. Gah.

My parents don't argue. My mum shouts at my dad sometimes, but he just sort of grunts back. He's like me, very laid-back with no temper. Last time I was home was shortly after his internal-bleeding-rushed-into-hospital saga, and she was shouting at him for forgetting to take his iron tablets and not eating properly.

I know what they're like. I'm not too sure if I've mentioned this before, but try 'aloclair', doesn't hurt, just forms a protective seal on top of the ulcer. Works very well. Also, love your story Topher, made me laugh

Oh I do, every so often, my brother is the one that never does it. I should do it more often really, although every time I go to do it my Mum has already washed most of it in the first place (where me, my Dad & Brother like to rest for 5-10 mins after dinner me Mum has to go out there straight after she's finished).

Anyway it's all blown over today anyway so no probs, work's still getting on my tits though (and it seems that virtually everyone in our office is pissed off with our firm at the mo).

1-0 up

Lost

This makes john22 unhappy.

Still, at least we're still in the Europa league.
