I had an email from one of my potential suitors and he mentioned in it that he's just back from a trip down to London to see his tailor. This man is technically unemployed, yet he travels to London to visit a tailor. I think I may be in love.

Ha, so you were in Gloucester to witness our thrashing? Was it as painful in real life as it looked on the telly?

(PS - Where did you stay?)

The 7 trout we caught with the Grandparents, kids, and a friend at a local trout lake, taken home gutted, filleted, marinaded then slowly hot smoked over my wood. To be honest it was the best food I have ever prepared, the home grown sun dried Tomatoes I put inside them, were like sweeties on eating. Happy days indeed.

Yeh, they were crap, butter fingers, the lot of them. Ah well, was still a good weekend. Stayed in the Thistle hotel which is about a 10 min drive from Kingsholm. Between Gloucester and Chelteham.

The thistle next to GCHQ at the top of the by-pass? I know it well, my Mrs worked there for 3 years.

When I have a chance, I'll upload from my phone... I'm still trying to persuade Cat to let upload one with her in because I think the one with us both in is the best of the lot and also I don't particularly like the one with just me in.

That's the second time I've been into hospital to see a new baby and it was every bit as magical as the first. Everything's so small and perfectly formed! Amazing. One of these days I might get comfortable with holding a new born baby without being terrified of dropping them.

I've seen a picture and she is absolutely gorgeous. And TINY! Me and Miss Yudster have been suggesting names, but I don't think we've hit the jackpot yet.

See - I can't do it without looking awkward.

I hope I am allowed to put the other one on of both of us because it's really nice.

Yeh, think so (dunno about GCHQ) it's on the Gloucester road, not far from TGI Fridays. Room was quite nice. Modern etc

Congrats Cat!

The New York Times have just posted my story/comments on their website. My kids are not quite sure whether they like this phenomena, or whether they should be hanging their heads in shame. See here: http://bit.ly/Q2O2b
