It's worse knowing they put the results a week back, so if it wasn't for the change in specifications, I'd have known last week.
All this techy geeky stuff & I accidently bypassed your post. All the best for tomorrow Charalottie fingers crossed for you

Simply removing and re-inserting those components may solve the problem; however, it could also be a software problem, like the video card drivers, some malfunctioning or incompatible piece of software that has low-level access (like and Anti-Virus program), or possibly a rootkit, in which case a wipe and re-install may solve it.
Ah ok, I'll mention that to me mate tomorrow, I'll be honest I have downloaded quite a few free converter programmes (RAM to MP3, etc.) & I'm wondering if they are to cause of the problem?
Ah well if not my mate's got a portable hard drive, I've moved all of my files into one folder so it should all (hopefully) be fine. Must get a second hard drive though.
