Oh come on, everyone on here knows that you're nothing but a software robot yourself.

I already re-tweeted and voted yes on it... 78% in favour of yes now!

PS. Care to share your Twitter name Mr Pummelon?

There's not much point - I haven't written any updates! I only set it up to lurk and "eavesdrop". The social side of it doesn't interest me, which is why I've never bothered with Facespace Mybook et al.

The ad revenues are too small too matter - the real truth is I have latent homphobic tendencies and labour under the misapprehension that I can subliminally influence everyone on this board towards the DM agenda as long as I'm subtle about it. You're not helping my cause.

Yeah, it's traffic to their site, but I think it's worth it to see how they report it.

Related tweet that made me laugh: "87%! This poll-rigging lark is great fun. I can see why that Ahmadinejad guy got a bit carried away with it."

Am I the only person that can't help mentally thinking of him as President I'm-a-dinner-jacket?

Possibly... but not any more! Thanks for that.

Between burning gypsies, blowing up gay bars, vicitimising Rumanians, pissing on immigrants and generally just stabbing eachother I don't know where they find the time to vote.

Also, where's the third option to the poll:
"Only if they've got pizza crusts up the arse"

I voted "yes". Or rather I tried to, but I got an error message. I then voted "no" instead and my vote was submitted successfully. :?

Is there any talk of whether there is any truth to the article? Granted, there's no room to debate on Twitter, but I did start to wonder how people actually felt about the issue (if it exists), apart from their opinion that the Daily Mail had created a ludicriously worded poll - which they've done many times before.

There's more information on it here, specifically:
Anton Vowl wrote:And so to today, with the Mail attempting to follow up another story - this time about gypsies being given preferential treatment by some GPs - with a poll. But a poll isn't enough, they had to skew the question by asking "SHOULD THE NHS ALLOW GYPSIES TO JUMP THE QUEUE?" - in the style of the Daily Express, whose unparodiable nonsense when it comes to website polls has been going for ages now.

Thanks to the power of Twitter, people who think that poll was a disgraceful piece of crap (doesn't it make sense, when people live a transitory lifestyle, to give them some preferential treatment in seeing a GP? Not that it's a queue anyway, as many more appointments at GPs are bookable nowadays) have been able to register their displeasure, changing an overwhelming vote against those 'queue-jumping' gypsies

This poll has caused quite a stir. Are the results being whisked to the next policy meeting.

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? no it's Twatter. Get ready for the next clarion call. We'll HTTP this scurge from the planet.

Yes you do, if you're really honest with yourself. You have a choice, you make it sound as though you don't. If you keep letting him influence you, it can only be because that's what you want.

Not knowing the circumstances I shouldn't really comment, but I'm not sure I agree it's that simple.

If someone has done something to seriously affect you in the past, you can want desperately to forget about them (and even succeed for a time) but it's not easy when something you can't control brings them to the forefront of your mind again. The choice you do have is how you respond to that.

I never said it was simple to implement the right choice, but knowing what it is is almost always simple.
