As soon as we got to April, like clockwork, my allergies started. So I've had to start taking tablets again and they're knocking me out. So then i drink more coffee during the day to stay awake, and then can't sleep at night. Last night was my third night on the run of very little sleep and I feel like a zombie today. I also end up eating junk cos I'm so tired and fed up and if that carries on I'll end up gaining weight and get even more fed up. Something needs to be done about this. I need my medication sorting out and *sob* I might need to quit the caffeine. Bad times.

Not sure what I think of Will Self to be honest. We studied a couple of his books a while ago, I think the lecturer put it best when he described them as 'mental masturbation' - it does come across like he unnecessarily complicates simple ideas in his work.

The bastards at Ofcom have dragged Moyles into Sachsgate, wasn't enough that BBC have been fined 150 grand:

You can win though - you do it by pointing out to the person who is blaming you that you are doing what you were asked to do, and you use the original request (which of course you have in writing, because you aren't a complete tit, are you......) to back yourself up.
