Annoying me today are drivers who don't realise that there are other people using the road too. At least the ones who don't care have made a conscious decision to drive like tits - its the ones that don't even know what they are doing wrong that piss me off.

I saw a dick in a BMW screech round a corner in the city centre yesterday where a middle aged woman was crossing the road and talking on her phone. He just about flattened her and as he drove past shouted "GET THE * OFF THE ROAD BITCH".

A bit harsh I felt. The woman looked a bit shaken.

I am really bloody angry.

Me and the wife were keen on fostering, after an initial interview we indicated we wanted to do it. They have assessed our house, and as it's in a valley on the banks of the River, they say we can not be trusted to keep the children safe in this environment. Purely as there are steep slopes and a wood and a river. * me, if I was a kid I would * love it here, half the reason we wanted to do it.

It's the * world gone mad.

It's ok to live in a town with needles and drugs and peado's around every * corner, but a small holding in the country with animals and countryside is now to * dangerous.

* Daily Mail readers.

Rant, Done.

Interesting, there's a story today about how children don't spend enough time out in natural environments - reported on the beeb site here http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/7977065.stm

You're right, it's utterly ridiculous, are you supposed to wrap them up in cotton wool and keep them in a sterile environment?

Mate, thats terrible and very typical in this molly-coddelled, cotton wool wrapped culture we live in. You're right, it makes no sense what-so-ever. I personally can't think if a better environment to grow up in! Disgusting.

When I think of all the kids who are in desperate need of caring foster homes, and are mouldering away with their brains gradually shrinking in care, this kind of thing makes me physically sick.

It is absolutely dreadful. Surely there's a right of appeal though? Someone higher up you could go to?

I sometimes think the higher you go the further away from reality the people you talk to are.

Go to The Sun or someone. They'll run it to slag off child services again.

I am off to get more compost, to plant more Veg for the Family to eat. I am going in my car, wish me luck!

There are Health and safety issues regarding the heavy bags of compost, contamination risk from the compost, the seeds may in some cases be coated with Fungicide which may irritate young lungs, the watering can might take some ones eye out, and don't get me started on the car, do you know how many cigarette lighter related deaths there are in the UK every year? * NONE!

The chap was short as well, and I am sure I detected a definite case of Pubic Dandruff (on his brown hush puppies)

He is going to right me a letter, and submit his report to the boss. He was here 7 minutes, and its about 7 acres in total, what a great job he did.

Still at least I can start cutting more trees down now, well in the fields not in the woods, but this did make me laugh as well.

" For future works on your site, you will need to contact Natural England for SSSI, and SAC designations, and your local planning authority for CWS,TPO and WHO designations. I have notified the AONB of the TPO"

You really couldn't make it up.
