annoying me today...work quite simply...really cant be arsed for it.

I have that feeling today too. It's always stronger after the sales guys talk to me with their latest news.

Usually results in me going "oh good, another presales meeting where I try and convince the customer they don't want what they think they want"

I should be thankful I have a job I suppose, but there's only so many "no, don't use this product" meetings I can take.

A big direction sign board is going up at one of the sites I deal with today. It's a huge board with tennants names plus a massive plan of the site with a big blob on it stating 'You Are Here'. It's to go up at the entrance of the site.
I've just had the guy who's putting the sign up on the phone asking me where I want it put up. I had to tell him to look at the site plan on the sign (which is over 3 meters tall, 7 meters long), and put it where the 'You Are Here' mark is.

Maybe you just can't be arsed with all the baggage that goes with meeting new people. I have always preferred the settled period once you've been with the person a while.

Mind you, I was crap at meeting people. I still don't know how to pull. I'm doomed to be a singleton if I ever split up with my current girlfriend. Well, unless I pull the same stunt again and get setup by a mate (actually, it's a lot more complicated than that and involved his sister).

Know what you mean. I still like this guy that finished with me about a month ago (apparently isnt/wasnt over his ex - debatable now seeing as it seems he's now got his eye on sum1 else - so much for needing more time) Was just happy feeling comfortable with him, could talk to him about stuff and we had a laugh. Scared myself realising I might actually want to settle down - I hate dating!!

Has any1 found that off switch for feelings? He seems to (although he had to completely disappear on me for it to happen) but he wont tell me where he found it!!

Also Mike put me with somebody so * stupid, we had eight elements of the dish to prep for he did 1 and went for a break, I did 7 and didn't have a break. He also put Mike's massive recipe folder on the hot stove and burnt it all. Stupid, stupid, stupid. When I tell him he has done something wrong he says you can talk?!?! What the * is that about. He sounds very stupid Cat, get revenge by gently touching his private parts to get him aroused then when the boss walks by point at it and say "Yuk that's gross you dirty pervert, why do you keep walking past me and poking me, I thought you had your boner in your hand" (A boner is a small knife in Culinary circles, as well as a slang term for a male erection)
