I didn't realise it was still used, I've not been in there for a little while.

That answers that question! Poor Lottie, what's worse is half the time Zoot isn't really there. He just stays signed in and then has the audacity to go do real work. The cad.

I was just mentioning the chat room to Tofu the other day. Ever since my new school hours I can't stay up until 2AM and was wondering if I've been missing out. It really has slowed down around here!

Annoying me today was leaving my phone in my fleece pocket, which then fell off the coat hook on to the basket in front of the radiator in the hall. In and of itself, not anissue - but not great when it rings and I burn my flippin' face when I answer it.

Wow. What a coincidence. Your face this week and Zoot's arse last week. Funny, eh? Kind of makes you wonder who's next...

I'm a clumsy oaf, it'll most likely be me.

Oh, does it have to get burnt? It won't be me then, my flat's far too cold.

Turn the heating on then you miserly skinflint. How can you invite visitors when you live in an icebox?

Maybe there's a chance of a 99.

Ha, I do have a couple of oil radiators that I have on, but I have no idea how to use the storage heaters, but everyone I speak to tells me they're shite anyway.

They are, I had them in my flat. They took forever to do anything decent and ate electricity. I've gas central heating in my house now, it's a million times better.

It's the only bad thing about this place. Apparently they're supposed to store heat at night to give off during the day; well, I'm at work most days, what good is that to me?!

The are ok if you are well insulated. If you are cold then they will help. Set them to store the max ( make sure you are on cheap night electric!) then give out the least ,then when you come home from work whack them up high. It won't feel hot, but it will take the chill off. We had them in an old school house I rented when I was about 18, trouble there was it was so drafty that the heat left them by about 10 in the morning. Boy those were the days, when you have ice on the inside of the windows you know it's cold.

I hope your law tutor was crying because your parents beat her up.

My flat did have the advantage of being the top floor, so I got the heat from downstairs too!

Your tutor's a tube and your mum called them on it. I'd say that was quite a successful parents evening actually!

I have a feeling it's a shaving thing for places that smell of fish.
