If you're into RPG's then they're awsome games. Nice long fantastic story lines. Some are better than others, FFIX was a bit of a washout but the rest have been quite good.

I'm not a fan of RPGs, find them rather boring. Random battles every 2 seconds? No thanks, I prefer action games. I'll be pre-ordering my Wii tomorrow morning from Amazon, already got Zelda pre-ordered. I'll probably be getting an Xbox360 after Christmas, not sure if I'll bother with a PS3, the launch line-up looks a bit cack.

I'm going to be waiting for the price drop before even considering buying the PS3. The Wii does look good though, especially if it can access the Nintendo back catalogue (I can't remember if the rumours panned out or not).

I'll probably get a PS3 when Metal Gear Solid 4 comes out. The Wii is backwards compatible with Gamecube games, as well as the controllers and memory cards. The Virtual Console allows you to download NES, SNES, N64 and Mega Drive games for a few quid.

The 425 quid or whatever it will cost is unjustifiable, and the way Sony treats Europe is disgusting, there are rumours that it may be delayed another two months till May so that the US can get more of them.

I think it's fair to say that pretty much all companies are profit hunting, the problem the good old US just has too much pull in the world of international trade.
