You'd need 14.7 million tickets and considering only half of it goes into the jackpot fund (which is split between all the prizes available) you'd need everyone else to buy at least 29.4million tickets and then as has already been pointed out, someone else would probably share it with you.

But if you buy every ticket combination you will probably win less then you spent as the jackpots are not that high anymore and the chances are somebody else will win it aswell and it will be split between the winners so you will make a hell of a loss. Plus you will not have the money to do that in the first place.
