Ill probably get loads of abuse for this but i don't care. Why is this Longman getting so much airtime? Just because he's Chris' mate that doesn't make him worthy of prime time radio. There is just so much of this guy and i don't find him the slightest bit amusing. Im not a bore Chris and Dave crack me up while i'm waking up but this guy is an idiot. Bringing him in to the Beyonce interview. Why????

Well, I suppost its because they have probably have done a survey or something along those lines and have found that some of the public likes him, I think he's ok and would shake his hands for not needing to enter a competition to get on radio one, I cant really see that he's on a lot but hey ho anyway

i myself love longman! and i thihnk the bits of the show he is in are great, and i loved it when he replaced dave for the day, but i think there is a line that is somtimes crossed with longman. in jokes are only so good. i honestly think they should limit the ammount of long man in the show, i preferd it when he was jsut being introdiced. i think the beyonce interview was a bit over the line and not so preofesional as you would expect.

Put it this way, given a choice between last week's deadpan guests and Longman I'd choose the sandwhich King anyday, why? Because hes got the common touch, and these miserable stars with loads of dosh dont EXPECT to speak to an ordinary person from the street.

I'm not saying he fits into the team, hes just good on the phone, and his jingle is excellent, puts a smile on my face, and before you know it he hangs up and thats it! Nothing wrong with that at all.

Beyonce wasn't miserable at all on the show, from what I heard on the podcast she enjoyed her time on the show, and liked the Longman questions.

i personally think he's great.his accent is funny,he goes on and on about spam,and he asks the most rediculous questions.i'm sure you are very much aware that the whole point of the chris moyles show is to send up local radio ?? that's what he does.would you get a person like him on LOCAL FM ???
