Its about a girl, that I've never heard of, called Ellie who died recently of cancer. Then it's a minute of a copyrighted track (Westlife - Flying without wings).

I'm not sure why it would make Mills sound like 'A True Professional'.

yeah. ellie was one of the people he did a random act of kindness for around 2 months back. he was very professional about the way he went with it. i could tell there was somthing wrong as soon as he came out of the captain track. things like that you are never prepared for...

Just a few days ago I was listening to his 27th July podcast about her which re-capped the moments when he first spoke to her. Scott set her up to meet McFly and everything. I was laughing so much because she was so happy, it was heart warming. Just downloaded the mp3 so I'll listen to it on the way to work...

No the McFly girl was a different RAOK... Ellie was a Westlife fan.

The one who liked McFly got the all clear on her illness (can't remember what illness) about a week before this sad news was aired.

Ahh cheers mate. I don't listen to the show that much so I must have missed out on Ellie being on. Scott handled the situation well though. RIP little lady
