The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

I'd rather the big logo went to the Chris Moyles pages rather than the actual blog. I'm just lazy like that.

Blogs, podcasts etc have seen a massive increase in the last few months/ years so its another development for The Chris Moyles Show.

I think the /chrismoyles blog is for the show (and not just another personal A H Jones blog) and will obviously cater for those who dont know about aled's blog site or infact myspace.

It's nice aled gives people an insight into the show but this will be an official opening for the whole team to write their thoughts. It'll be nice to read what the other team members will write. Im hoping people from the Production Team l(Assistant Producer Jocelin and Producer Rachel etc) get a chance to write instead of just the performers (Chris & Dave)

Thank you Adam, spot on. MySpace was my entry into the world of blogs, AledHaydnJones.com was simply me not wanting to drive too much traffic towards Rupert Murdoch's site and give myself an area to be as creative as possible. The BBC one will be a show one, which Radio 1 have asked me to launch and maintain as I now have so much experience in blogging.

Blogging is really a big deal. Every other medium has a team of people crafting a message, blogging really comes directly from that person, whether it's from presenters like Chris and Dave or from other people behind the scenes like Joce, Rhys or Matt (our World Cup online Producer) you'll really get a taste of what makes the whole show from this blog. Don't underestimate it, it's going to be huge.

Wow, that sounds great. How far away are you from revealing some of the stuff you'll be getting up to in Germany?

How can you be experience in blogging? It's just an online diary straight from your head...surely it's not difficult?

Did you know the BBC now offer a three week course on how to blog? I understand Aled and Assistant Producer Joce were one of the first two bbc employees to pass the course 100%

Its often difficult if you dont know how to use the highly complicated software that is used.

the software is complicated? please. it's not like they're actually installing it and managing the sql databases or what not? i recently started a blog for my library at work, and i showed how ridiculously easy it was for my technophobe colleagues to do it.
