JK+ Joel did do a good job.. But a quick comparison between the 'filler' they did for Chris, and the filler Chris did for Jo Whiley last week shows who's the daddy

Monday's show was funny, but essentially 3 hours of non-stop "Where's Chris?.. Let's play a record.".. Whereas when Chris filled in for Whiley, it was like there was no break between the shows, and the comedy material just kept flowing. I was a bit sorry when Whiley turned up in the end, Chris and Dave were on such a roll that day.

The last time I enjoyed a breakfast show so much was when Chris Tarrant did the show for Capital Radio, back when I was in highschool.

The Moyles show is so successful because of the team, not just him. Take away any one member of the team and it won't be the same. It's a lovely combination of people that make it what it is.

That's very true. Personally, I love it when they start singing "Get Dom on it".. Aled and Dom's sheer speed at dredging up obscure sound bytes and information from the depths of Chris's Random mind, and then mixing them together keeps the show rolling superbly. Dom must know GoogleFu. A superb team.

I do agree it is also to do with the team, reminiscent to Steve Write in the after noon it’s good to have different personalities with a team based show, it’s also good that he’s not surrounded by a yes men, well Dave any way.
