Chris Moyles DID save radio one, you have only got to look at the ratings to know that, so stop JOKING that he didn't.

I never listened to Radio 1 before Chris Moyles due so many people telling me about how he was funny as *.

What I specifically love about Moyles is that he KNOWS he is good, and whatever the * you all spout about him, I honestly do not think he cares.

In addition to this, you should be thankful for Chris, he brings great new music to us and provides fabulous chances for events such as 1 big wkend, and I bet those of you who 'hate Chris' were there or wanted to be.

(I realise that there are other Radion 1 DJs in connection to ANY radio one events etc)

Thing is though, Moyles does care otherwise he wouldn't talk about it.

Having just heard the mention, it's sad that the majority of the actual negative comments read out today were from newbies or guests in the Radio Reviews section rather than the longstanding members. It's also a shame that he never picked up on all of the congratulatory posts for his Sony award from the other week. Then again that would make boring radio!

Agree with the idea that Chris should have looked at the post counts of people who have slagged him on here. He's read out a couple of negative threads on air in recent times, so if you're looking for a reaction onair, then its probably the easiest way of going about it.

One of the comments he read out this morning was from someone called "whiley_fan" - hardly a hardcore Moyles fan who's signed up with the purpose of heaping praise on him.

So, yeah, as with what Fishheads said, I wish he'd look at join-dates and post counts of who's said the negative stuff before assuming that most people here at just to slag him off. Its true that there are a fair few people slagging him, but only because they want a reaction - and they certainly got it this morning.

ur an awesome dude, funny as hell, love the mickey taking out of aled or rachel or whoever or nerds who comment on this boards! u no wot, i worship moyles like he's me guidence, if he says do this i'd probably do it, i even registerd in this website just to say how great he is, and he is great, tell ppl to jump off cliffe they probably will (i personally wouldnt as i no it ruins a lot of things, i.e respect from your parents, your opening year of university, your mates holiday, etc etc the list can go on and on). chris is that influential.

yea in hospital i was glad to hear a familiar voice (mr moyles of course) in the mornin, twas a guden. u had to pay to watch channels on the tv but listening to radio was free of charge so when my card ran out just listened to radio and i remember the days in the hospital like it was yesterday, when chris took the mickey out of that guy from radio 2 and pretended to be doing radio 2. oh how i tried laffing. i could have just listened to chris all day and would be more awesome without the music he had to play.
