I know technically their not part of the show but dom contributes so much, and carrie so little!

theres no reason why they need a seperate person to read the sport dom can do it. rachel should leave and somebody like ash from talksport should be brought in to liven it up though somehow i dont think hes a mornin person!

If rachel is to be replaced (I'm all for that), it has to be Karl Pilkington. He produced the Gervais radio show on xfm and now is the producer for russel brand on 6 music on sundays.

Pilkington, moyles and dave would be a brilliant mix!

I don't think Karl would make a good addition to the team, infact I think it would be awful. Karl's 'comedy' comes from Ricky and Steve taking the piss out of him constantly, he wouldn't be funny with Moyles, because Moyles isn't like that.

What do you mean moyles isn't like that, a large part of the show is him taking the piss out of people, aled, rachel, dave, dom, callers, anybody.

Gervais does it to a more extreme level compared to Moyles. Karl is an idiot (Sorry Karl) and Ricky just torments him because of it; I don't see (or hear) Moyles as being like that.

Ricky, technically and assumming it's all true, abuses Karl; slapping his round bald head and constantly ridiculing him for his ignorance. Chris doesn't go that far and as such I don't believe the two would work together well.

Thats just the kind of person Ricky is, he does that to a lot of people, as seen with Nigel in the extras dvd or maybe it was animals.

Karl is funny in his own right (I know he's not trying to be), it's his ideas that are funny, as well as their reactions to it. His new radio show with russel brand works very well, russel doesn't ridicule him to the point that ricky did, but it's still very funny. Like the point about when Karl saw a bee eating meet, brilliant!

Rachel was awful today. Its just not entertaining at all when she moans. I wish they would move her to another show and let Aled take over.

She's gone all corparate ever since they moved to prime time. She wasn't this bad in the afternoons or on saturday mornings.

She actually spoils the show for me sometimes with her moaning. I really think they should get Aled to be doing Rachel's job and for Rachel to be moved to Aled's slot. Even then I'd move that she didn't speak unless she promised not to whine.
