Heard Moyles this am going about his book and he went through the "what Aled DID in Portugal 04" routine again.

anyone got any ideas (true or otherwise) re what he did?

Two things happened in portugal that I can recall. Chris & teh team pushed him in a pool....he couldn't swim at the time.

Also he overcame his fear of something...I can't remember what.
