Before Dave worked on Moyles show, he did other stuff for radio 1. One day when he was working with some of the equipment, he managed to take Simon Mayo's show off air for 20 minutes.

Dave had nothing to do with Mayo going to R5... Btw, Mayo is a very good listen on R5.
