the key to surviving here is to ignore everything that is said and slag off the weak links. or if in doubt sidders.

as long as you say what has happened thats all you need in a review along with reliability.

We can judge - surely the reason you submitted a test was to try out and to gain opinion from Chris and others for your reviewing skills.

Personally I wasn't a fan of your review for a number of reasons. Firstly, some parts were far too vague

True, that did happen, but I always think that that is something the readers could read on the running order page, give them a little bit of infor to what they actually missed out on or it isn't worth including at all.

Also the playlist was rather shoddy and spelling wasn't too hot but these can be ironed out with time.

On the basis of that review alone I wouldn't personally ask you to do reviews, since I wouldn't particulally want to read them (then again its not my site), but if you really want to do them, expand upon some points a bit more and get a couple more practise reviews under your belt - after all practice makes perfect.

im not going to bother being a reviewer, i tried my very best on that review, i think in my own opinion it was very good considering it being my first.

i was so lookin forward to being a reviewer

Like Gaspode said you have just got to try and ignore some people and not take the criticism so hard.

I'm not saying you should stop being a reviewer, I'm giving you some tips to improve your reviews. If you really do want to review then you should take these on board and try again rather than just give up. After all nobody's perfect, least of all myself

What can we do though - let him do it just because it's his dream? He has been given advice on how to improve, we can't just let him go on thinking he's doing an excellent job, when it can be improved.

Sure it's not the worst thing I've ever seen, but I know I would rather have people's honest opinions than being told a bunch of lies to keep me happy.

Good show today, Dom's Neil Buchanan Impression was great and it was good to hear his Jeffman song again. And the weird caller on Carpark Catchphrase was funny to.
