The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

"Whos gonna carry the coffin"
"Needs a crane to carry his coffin"
"He's a wrestler"
"He's been clean for 4 years now, what is he a dishwasher"

Does it not matter to you that this man has a wife and 3 kid?

Does it not matter that he died at 38?

Does it not matter that this man inspired people to get off drugs and alcohol or just pursue their dreams?

You're heartless if it doesn't, I'd pay for your flight if you were willing to say all that infront of his wife and 3 YOUNG kids.

You owe alot of people an apology Moyles.

how has that made you lose respect for him?

although an ESPN dj made some comments the other day about the latino heats death and he has come in for a lot of critisism.

I wanted his fans to know that he's said heartless things that he shouldn't of said. Don't get me wrong I used to be a great fan of Moyles but taking the piss out of death in any circumstance is not fair. He had no reason to bring the death up unless he was sending condolonces.

Like I said, if Chris reads this forum then he can take me up on the offer of me buying his ticket to El Paso, Texas where he can say it all to his wife and kids.

thats clearly not going to happen though is it.

if as you say you were a great fan then you would know that he says contraversial things thats what hes all about.

I'm with Moyles, at the same time I can sympathise with wrestling fans, Moyles' well-known for saying what's on his mind and being a slightly controversial DJ. If he's not a fan of wrestling then so be it.

Let's take some overweight person from the UK... Michelle McManus... are you saying you wouldn't make a joke out of her if she suddenly died?

Ok maybe a great fan is stepping the mark, but I enjoyed listening to him on the radio.

He may say controversial things all the time, but there's no need to try and act a big shot by taking the piss out of Eddie's death a day after he died.

There's no need for it under any circumstances for any human being.

What's with the sudden influx of complaints about particular Moyles links?

But Chris Moyles has said alot of things about people - it maybe that he doesnt mean it and that he's trying to make light of the sitution. Maybe he's a fan of WWF or whatever they call it these days.

I'm sure his family wouldnt be happy bunnies if they found out what he was saying - but is it wise to join a fan messageboard and slate the person that actually like listening to?

You obviosuly feel very strongly about the person that has died as you were a fan of him and you carry on liking wrestling.

He made comments about Best Mate recently which didnt go down well with the Horse Community.

I appreciate that comment completely. I posted this here because if Moyles posts on this board then hopefully I could get a reply which would be viewable to the public. I just want to get my point across to his fans that there is no need to make comments about his death or anyone elses.

He usually says stuff that a fair amount of people are thinking. I'm sure the non-wrestling community are wondering what the fuss is, as some people thought who aren't racing fans when Best Mate died.

As Adam says, he's just trying to make light of the situation.

Fair enough, but you wouldn't have batted an eyelid if it was someone you had never heard of

You're right, I wouldn't of posted on here if it wasn't someone that didn't affect me HOWEVER it does affect me and does anger me. In fairness Death isn't a subject to talk about, I'm sure if it was someone that affected you, you'd be the same and angered by his comments.

As Adam says, he's just trying to make light of the situation.

There's making light of a situation and then saying something that alot of people presently are visably upset with, I just don't think there's any need to talk about death when you think about the family he's left behind. As I said, if it was someone that didn't affect me I wouldn't be posting but I'd still be taken aback by his comments.

Why is death a subject that doesn't need to be talked about? In case it might offend someone? People deal with death in different ways, and just because you personally don't like it, doesn't mean it should stop other people.

Another case of people getting offended on other people's behalf.

I never said it shouldn't be talked about but in the way Moyles commented he shouldn't of said anything, as the way he said it is bound to offend alot of people, if it was someone you knew then I'm sure you'd feel the same.[/quote]

a horse is just a horse, its not a person, i dont give a crap. as long as it wins me money at the grand national.

moyles was off the mark however about eddie, he shouldnt talk about something he knows nothing about, then again that would limit him to crap television and fatty foods.

You cant justify Moyles saying that, it was wrong.

But I will still listen to his show.

He shouldn't have said what he did. Eddie Guerrero was an icon and a role model to wrestling fans around the world a large proportion of which are children who will be watching his tribute shows this week. When i was a kid, if hulk hogan had died for instance i would have been devastated and the next day going to school listening to the radio to hear those comments would be upsetting. Chris is brilliant but he has let himself down lately with this and the best mate comments
