also, the owner was crying tears of lost profit. if he really gave two sh*ts about the animal he would have let it roam fields of lucious green grass, not forcing it to jump hurdles,placing bets on his placing whilst a colourful midget whips him.

If the person who started this thread is such an animal lover, than how can she condone the use of animals for financial gain as is the case of horse riding? This surely is even more disgusting than a radio dj making a joke about the reaction over a horse that died which most had not even heard before.
