Hi,

I hear Newsbeat editor Rod McKenzie isn't very popular within the newsbeat team these days.

It was made by a disgruntled member of Radio 1's Newsbeat staff about the show's editor, Rod MacKenzie.

MacKenzie's reaction? "If you've got a problem, come and talk to me! Don't write a f*cking song and download it on the f*cking Internet!"

Did anyone hear the audio of Richard Evans (once of Newsbeat, now of 5Live) trying to do a pre recorded interview with Nicolas Witchell.... that was fantastic.

I "believe" the man in question is Robin Choudry who is, or was a One Xtra reporter. Andy Brown is next for the firing line hence his inclusion, I again "believe".

P.S. Does anyone have the audio from the last week of Mark and Lard when the wrong studio was linked in and Wez was pre-recording the chart show (on Wednesday). Thanks !

I remember it was just Wes practising and he was going "LIVE ACROSS THE UK" and Mark and Lard the next day was going "The irony is he was LIVE ACROSS THE UK".

And listeners emailing in saying "is Wes your new comedy character?"

The more I think about this, was there not one morning someone on the show mentioned Choudry, and they were quickly told to shut up?
