Could somebody please tell me how to get into the chatroom here?

For some reason, I can not get in. Firstly, why would I need to enter my log-in name and password when I am already logged onto the site and what does 'Socket server connection failed' mean?

Please help me get around this problem!

Oh and while you're at it, take a wee look at my club's website.

You need to log in again so people can't just sign in as anyone and pretend to be someone there not.

So you have to use the log-in and password you use for the message board

Even if I do use my log-in and password and still get that Socket Server failure thing. What's that all about?

It maybe a firewall issue at your end. You need to be able to connect to port 10000.
