He has been good. More of a drivetime DJ though. He hasn't got the shock of Moyles in the morning.

I tend to disagree. Scott is far more suited to the breakfast show than Moyles is, where as Chris is the more chatty and laugh along stuff that I like at drivetime (not to say Scott doesn't have it of course)

I thought moyles was a good drivetime DJ, better than he is now on breakfast. I would rather have things as they are now though, just swap Coilin & Edith with JK & Joel...

I think Scott is doing great but aggree with other people Moyles was better on the afternoon, as he could get away with more. Plus then I can listen to him as im not an early person (unless if i have to be up).

I think Colin & Edith shouldn't be allowed on Radio 1. JK & Joel are much better because:
1. I can understand them
2. They ARE funnier.

To be honest i would like to see Scott moved to Colin & Edith's place. Moyles 4-7, and get a new breakfast host. Becuase i found Moyles way funnier in the afternoons. His show has had to calm down i think since the old days.

I like the banter between Scott & Chappers in the afternoon, the only problem I have is that a lot of his 'bits' feel too scripted. I much prefer the spontaneity of Moyles in the morning.

We've been over this time and time before. Mills is good but nothing special. Moyles is.

I agree with the last post though about the fact its poor that Radio 1 have to mess their entire schedule up when their breakfast DJ goes on holiday.

The weekend line up really is shocking.

I really like Scott - he makes very funny observations about people and is very quick witted with the callers - something that chris isnt always - if he cant think of something funny he either shouts at them or cuts them off! will always be a bigger moyles fan than a mills fan thou
