What timing.

Awaking from my Saturday stupor, I turned the telly on, only to find comedy Dave being interviewed (can't remember who by) in the great North run.

Anyway, what struck me other than Dave not getting a word in edgeways with Chappers prattling on was the way he ran off!!!

Was he putting it on or did he really look like a Neanderthal man running..??? His arms went sideways (if ya get my drift).

im doing the great south run on october 9th. ive done the 10 miles on the treadmill in 2:04 but on the day im aiming for 2:15
