Actually there is a way, but for legal reasons I'm not going to tell you.

What you could do it take recording's from the show of the bits that she talks over (or if it's repeated in the file itself that's great) and layer it over the top, easy.

I hate the music4 woman, although if its a jingle you can usually cut i out with "Cool edit pro". Or fade it out at the end
