On the iTunes Podcast page, click on 'Advanced', followed by 'Subscribe to Podcast'. Then simply paste the address given at Radio 1 Online into the box and it will download.

They are after quantity more than quality in this case. It's not like they are playing music on them, it's just speech. So I think the quality is ok for that, they could upgrade it to 56kbps, but there is no need.

Actually, although its at 32Kbps, its mono, so if it was stereo it would be 64Kbps, they've only halved the bitrate and mono'd it like what I's do.

Just Listened to this - very good work. I only get to listen to one or two shows a week, so this is a perfect catch up. I'd prefer more "Team" stuff, as the Drew interview took up way too much of the file and it wasn't even that interesting. But I'll definatly download again
