I didn't realise they calculated complaints in terms of percentage of listening figures, I thought it was just the amount of complaints recieved.

I'm not sure, it may be. I'm just looking at the bigger picture, it seems to make more sense.

i dont know why Chris isnt on the listen again system on Radio 1 online. If Ross can be on the Radio 2, why cant Moyles. Also preferbly without the music so its shorter.

The reason Ross is in it is that it is technically a specialist music show. Moyles is mainstream. I am not sure why Wogan is in, though.

In the hour between 9 and 10 there should not be many kids listening so that should be like now, maybe more free. And there may be handovers between Scott Mills and Joe Whiley.

Wogan is alright. He clearly attracts the older generation to radio 2.

I always get the feeling Wogans head is shoved so far up his own arse that its coming out his neck again.

There are very rarely spoken handovers with Mark and Lard at the momment, and thats without a news bulliten in the way, where as between Scott and Chris in the morning, there'll be a 7.00am news.

Wrong there as well. Yes the most annoying voice ever, however she is no longer good looking, she just looks wrong now. She used to be quite nice. Plus, it's radio, it doesn't matter.

What's their accent got to do with anything? We're talking about Sara Cox's accent.

a few pages back Aled wrote:if your only complaint is that you can't hear him in the afternoon maybe we should try and get the show downloadable so you can hear it whenever you want to

this was obviously a popular suggestion by aled and tonight I was browsing the one live in brighton mini-site when I found out that you can listen to all of chris's friday show by clicking on the central icon on this page

I know this is probably a one-off for One Live In Brighton but Radio 1 might also have put it up to see if they will get a large response from people wanting to listen to chris's show, maybe ahead of a similar facility being brought in next year..???

or am I reading too much into things as normal?

Maybe Aled could let us know if it's likely to happen?

i noticed how ever that they didnt put it in the actual BBC Radio Player list of listen back to shows, so they unless your actually looking through the Brighton pages, you wont notice it.
