Actually, now you come to mention it, I've lost 2 stone recently. I went home for the weekend and all my family commented that I looked like I'd lost some weight. I stepped on the scales and sure enough I was 2 stone lighter. I had to make another hole in my belt recently too, because it was too big for me.
