Training people. Even though it is not my official roll, i'm often asked to train people up in using our software correctly as I'm told i'm 'good at explaining things'. Fair enough.
I always, always, always try to impress on people, in the initial days, I would rather you were asking me 100 questions a day instead of assuming you know what your doing and go ploughing off doing it wrong. This usually works.
I have just 'discovered' a load of work someone I trained has done, but done completely wrong as he had't asked how for this paticualr task. Sure, he got it looking right, but had not manipulated things in the correct way which is now causing further issues - issues with work we have already sent out to a client. So I now have to not only spend the next few days correcting this work, I need to get onto the client to point out the error.

For fecks sake.
