That wikipedia page has been edited a lot in the last few days.

Anyway, to prove anything that Man United have planned for Sunday's match isn't new... this was five years ago. Must have been, the commentator mentions Celtic had knocked Barcelona out of the UEFA Cup and would be going back to Spain to play Villarreal (hence Spain, beachballs, wind up your rivals) - how far we've fallen in such a short time.

In case you care, Celtic went on to win this game 2-1. It was the fourth win of five wins out of five that season which we affectionately remember as the Whitewash.

Thats right, this was my 3rd one. There was a 6 week wait between this one and my last one.

The weather was terrible, huge puddles everywhere and that lowered my already low self confidence. Even though I knew I could do it. If I was with my instructor, or even alone. I'd be fine, but knowing that there is a bloke sat next to me, and all he is actually doing is watching and waiting for me to fault.. but the feeling of passing was amazing. I kept thanking the examiner.. Although I'm not sure why. I was the one who did the passing! Ah well. At least I'll never have to do that again now, well unless I do something stupid and end up with 6 points within the next 2 years..

Anyway, I'll be on the roads end of this week/start of next week if all goes well. :D

Congrats again.

Hmm yeah, I wonder how long mine will take to come through with the postal strikes etc.
Not too worried, as I have the certificate for now.
MOT tommorow.

I meant to put this yesterday, but I am amused (and slightly bemused) by the fact that Cat woke up and immediately had the hump with me yesterday because I left her........ in her dream.

Not to mention this conversation in the middle of the Royle Family yesterday:
Cat: I'd like to call our child Dave, so he can turn out like Dave from the Royle Family or Dave Vitty. The only problem is I wouldn't want him to turn out like my sister's boyfriend Dave or my aunt's boyfriend Dave.
Me: We can't call him Dave, everyone knows a Dave.
Cat: I don't know any.
Me: You do... you've just mentioned two of them.

Some vintage Tarrant is making me laugh today, oh how I wish he was still on Capital, then I could wake up to him instead of Mills

One of the most bizarrest stories Tarrant told on this show (8th June 1998) was about an American who was 285 Stone 8O I had to double check that but that's exactly what he said, the food the bloke at daily included 25 T-Bone Stakes & 14 Apple Pies & that doesn't include everything else he ate in a day! 8O

That might be what he said, but it was either a mistake or a made up story. Probably a mistake.

Well it was always inevitable that Topher would find his way into an episode of Only Fools eventually.
