The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

Thanks to Sirius Satellite Radio, we can all listen to the BBC in Canada (Radio 1 anyway).

I dunno why you all whine about Moyles. Moyles is funny. He's a cynical and sarcastic prick, but that's a GOOD thing. Who needs to hear some fake moron who's always got a "smile" in his voice. Moyles comes across as more human, and reminds me of a chill British version of Howard Stern.

Brillant radio dood. He could play country & western music and I doubt his numbers would fall.

We don't whine about Moyles.... well I certainly don't. I agree I think he's funny and a breath of fresh air compared to other DJ's. Having listened to his show for a while I do see bad bits and good bits in his show and sometimes I point out the parts I don't like so much. Theres nothing wrong with a bit of constructive criticism though.

moyles is ok but comparing him to Howard Stern is like comparing Frank Bruno to Muhammed Ali.

Yeah, some of it is tiring. Car Park Catchphrase got tiring. I find Celebrity Tarzan to be wearing out. I think the original idea was meant to purposely be pointless....which works, but only for a short time.

I like the American he uses for voice work. The imaging of the show also has a Lettermanish sound when Chris comes off the news/sports and starts the jingle.

JK and Joel are great too. Same level of quality as Moyles, just different.

The two are alot alike, big ego's (needed) and rather intelligent. Both see life from a different viewpoint, and make light of that. in America, Stern is more focused on sex. Let's remember, many parts of the USA freaked out when Janet's Jackson's boob appeared on TV. Yeah, Britain is full of racy tabloids and all that crap, but it appears to be a little less anal about certain things that upset americans (perhaps The Sex Pistols are to be thanked).

We don't moan about Moyles because he's rubbish, we moan because he's not as good as he used to be.

after listening to Scott Mills for the first time in ages today, my ever growing disliking of Moyles has disapeared. Moyles is so much better.

Moyles keeps me listening.... I don't want to miss any of the show.

I could have easily, and did (when I finished work) switch off Mills.

The phone calls thing Mills does is just cringeworthy.

I don't think Moyles has got worse at all, but the show was miles better with Will.

I disagree about Mills, he still makes me laugh out loud on many occasions. He wouldn't be as good without Chappers though.

Look, it's just opinions. If someone comes on here and just posts pointless toss "Moyles is crap, hur, hur, hur", then they'd rightly be told to do one. But most people on here pretty much like Chris's shows and are saying what they feel, whilst adding a bit as well. Constructive criticism. And Moyles knows the score, he gives his (honest, I'm sure) opinions of enough stuff on the air and he's no stranger to giving his opinions of DJ's on the Internet either. And yeah, he might have the odd whinge on the air about what some people post here, but I imagine for 364+3/4 days of the year, he really could give a toss.

I'm sorry but how can you, an individual represent the whole of the Canadian population, its like a Brit saying they hate Moyles but he still gets 7 million listeners!

Did he ever say he was representing Canada? :? It's just an opinion at the end of the day!

I personally think Moyles in this country is the masterclass of radio. Really entertains me in the morning (especially when driving to work!). I do miss the afternoon shows, but we all must move on like he did.

Sat is up Also i think Chris is off all this we[…]
