I do have. Depending on what programmes i'm using I have two set-ups. Setup one, the most used, is two screens with one keyboard and mouse. My alternate setup, which happens to be shown there is when i'm using two different PC's so put RHS screen to my super-duper-64bit one. I always run outlook/internet on left hand side.
And yes, its a busy wallpaper, a collage of things I like... My daughter/family, motorbikes, and girls with cracking norks. Oh, and a few scenic ones.

One of the girls in the office has two monitors but only one keyboard/mouse/PC, she just drags certain programmes over to the right screen & drags the mouse from screen to screen, depending on which one she wants to use.
