I know this is totally personal and of no interest to any of you but I don't care - making me smile is how our pro squash coach reckons Baby Yudster is possibly the most promising six year old squash player he's ever seen. Cool!

Also making me smile is that I start my new job on Monday and I'm really looking forward to it. Maybe 2010 is FINALLY going to be a better year than that which has gone before........

Of course! He's only six though, give him a year or so and he might not want to play any more. At the moment, its just fun - we'll keep it that way for as long as we can!

Ah good so he enjoyed his one to one session and he's got talent! Lovely.

Playing darts on ITV 4 at the moment, Lewis is playing Hamilton.

Great stuff, hopefully Baby Yudster continues to enjoy playing squash as (s)he gets older (I'll be honest I don't know if Baby Yudster is a boy or a girl so that's not me insinuating anything):)

Also all the best for your new job on Monday :)

 That made me laugh as well, the Jenkins vs Taylor game was good, to be fair I wouldn't have minded who would have went through, they were both evenly matched.

Rather surprisingly ITV actually do a sporting event better than the BBC, which these days is a bit of a shock. To be fair though, the BDO is very poor these days, my Brother refers to it as "pub Darts"

That sounds fabulous! Well done Baby Yudster... Mini Jackson has two left feet and will sadly never be a squash player.

Hope work went okay today.

Excellent. Glad it went okay.

Making me properly laugh today was Rob DJ's Monday Night Pub Quiz. Very, very funny during the answers section where first, Chris and Dave get an answer wrong, despite thinking they've spotted a trick question, then Chris gets the next answer correct.

Oh it was genius. It was pure, unadulterated, GIRFUY two questions in a row. Their childish, competitive best.

I actually got 4 out of 5 today. I thought it funny that for once in a quiz the only one I got wrong was the football one. Usually that's the only one I get right!

My local gym has upgraded and now has screens with Freeview TV/radio on all the CV machines. :D The new rowing machines also have games, which they didn't before, and there are also league tables so you can see how your training compares to everyone else's that day.

I'm probably more excited than I should be about this, but anything that makes me look forward to going back there has to be a good thing, as I need to get back to my thrice-a-week routine.

Ah... we're not real Jacksons. Maybe even the use as a screen name has an adverse effect? The Jackson curse has struck!
