It was fine... if they'd cut out the stupid bit in the middle. Venom was always my favourite bit of Spider-man so the fact they had such a ridiculous half hour in the movie that he was in probably annoyed me even more than it otherwise would have.

Damn, my grandma was in Oxford all day yesterday with her sister and they were hoping I'd be able to show them around. Turned my phone on today to find 3 voice messages from them each one more despondent than the last.

My mate's ex is more than annoying me today. Kind of a long story but I'll give you the shortest version I can as I need to rant.

He was beating her up, pushed her in front of a moving car, destroyed every semblance of self worth she had and I have recently persuaded her to move out and get her own place - she seriously thought she deserved what he was doing to her because he'd destroyed everything about her which is why she hadn't moved out before.
Anyway, she moved into her own place last night, didn't tell him where she was going but he managed to follow her or track her down, got really drunk and has broken down her front gate and fence and then broke off the wing mirror on her car. He has sent her threatening messages - which are truly awful (and badly spelt) and the police say there's nothing they can do! She's now sat in her new house terrified he's coming back.

I'm going to get her to change her mobile number on Monday and get a civil injunction out against him. How can people be like this to other people? I actually want to kill him!!!

Thanks Johnny, he really is vile. I didn't realise just how vile until she came to work with a black eye, I went mad and she said it wasn't the first time so I made her show me the other bruises. The police said there was nothing they could do then either.

This guy has used mental abuse as well. She genuinely believed she deserved what she was getting because she was worthless. I'm slowly getting through to her that she's worth so much more than that.

She miscarried his twins and he keeps texting her saying she murdered his babies! I'm taking her to get a new number in the morning, she doesn't need that kind of abuse on top of everything else. Mind you part of me is so glad she did miscarry. What kind of life would she and the kids be having now?
