A Fender owner would NEVER continually refer to their gutar as a "strait" when they would know perfectly well its a "Strat". Will you stop telling lies about your non-existent guitar now please?

Charlottie i know its not, thats why it has strings and is called a guitar, my friend is the drummer.
Annoying me today is my friend deciding to take a look at my guitar and then dropping it, i think he should pay for a totally new one, seeing as he dropped it down the stiars in my block.... 4 flights!! FOUR!!!!! SO know its need a new neck, new volume toggle, new pick ups, new strrings. the only thing un damaged are the tunning pegs :(

Bollocks.

Ok, so you passed to your friend your broken-in-half fender Strat on the landing of 4 flights of stairs, and then it fell down ALL 4 FLIGHTS of stairs, going through any fire doors there may have been and somehow overcoming any landings on the way, and you feel he ruined the instrument, despite you breaking the neck beforehand, which you must have tried to do deliberately to get through the iron half inch truss rod that runs through the neck of a Strat...

Right, I'm starting the RSCCG.

Also - the whole thing started with "my strings keep breaking because of the crack in the neck" - if the neck was cracked, it would slacken the strings, not make them break.

Some tool leaving their bike in our parking space (that I own and am paying a mortgage on) - it's not been moved in two weeks. I'm perfectly within my rights to chuck it somewhere else aren't I?

I think so.

If you're within your rights to get a car towed if the car is an inch over your drive (which my mum has done once (I think she had major PMT)), then I'm sure you're within your rights to do something about this.

I could do with a bike, I might appropriate it. I'd have to get rid of the huge chain on it first though.

Well, it's the only way I could get a bike at the moment. The wife won't let me buy one as she thinks that I'd be killed the instant I sat on it.
