Feeling much better about the show end today. Talked to my flatmate last night (I didn't see him at all on Wed) and he was the only person I know in real life who I could trust not to judge me for being upset about it! And then we spent a couple hours together and I didn't think about it at all, and I think that helped. So I'm slowly getting used to the idea.

I'm quite drunk. I love you all and we need to stand shoulder to shoulder over the next couple of months as personally speaking they will be very hard. Knowing that there are like minded people to share the sorrow with makes it a lot easier. So thanks.

I wish I was drunk that early on a Friday! :D

I've got a bottle of cider chilling in the fridge. Just the one mind, don't want to get carried away :)

I've never posted here while drunk. Perhaps I should start. Considering I have virtually no boundaries when sober, it would make for interesting, if embarrassing, reading.

Oh come on now, I love posting on here whilst fuelled by wondrous alcohol.

I wish I could drink at work thus allowing me to add more pleasantries to my normal genteel posts throughout the day.

Alas, as I work in face-to-face sales environment, me slurping on a can of Stella at 11:08 may affect my sales target.

I'll make a concerted effort to have a drunken ramble this evening. (If I don't come good on this, I've come on something else)

Refreshing they've changed it up at least. Better late than never!

"Thank you, that was very interesting."

I loved it too. Cheesy jingle, Roy Walker and a 'long buildup for nothing' joke. Hilarious all round. The Roy Walker chats are some of the funniest bits of the show, girlfriend was in a fit of giggles for five minutes last week with the singing of 'We are Young' and Totes Amazeatron.

I saw the film "Seeking a friend for the end of the world" today and one of the trailers was for Keith Lemons new film which featured a blink and you miss it shot of Chris. He was all dolled up in a toga at what looks like a celeb party.

it's amazing how many of these rules apply to being a cm.net poster

I've always stuck to those rules at work, but I'm pretty sure I'm a minority. I've had smileys in emails from the area manager.

The bloke who runs the company that do those ticket offers they text out to Orange mobile customers always, always puts a smiley face at the end of his emails to us. There has been detailed discussion in the office as to whether we should be reading anything into them.

Also (sorry to double-post but...) if I ever use a mousemat again (which admittedly is unlikely), I would like it to be this one:

Things in this town don't get much more exciting than this:
