I had an Idea ages ago, (about the time Comedy Dave was talking about his Tour) then it kinda passed.....
until I heard Jo Whiley talking about her Live Lounge at home thingy.

Why don't Chris & Co do a series of tours in theatres, based around Chris' chat, his team members, and bad karaoke, maybe with a guest group or singer.

Because I know that most people on here are quite possibly "die hard" fans, but I don't think that he'd have enough demand to get theatres full of people.

I also don't think it'd be much of a "theatre" event, perhaps a club night with a drunk audience, but I think if you put his "radio" format into a theatre, it might be a little too drab. The beauty of the radio show is that there are enough breathers (in the form of songs) for both the team and us to relax and get ready for the next bit of chat. The beauty of the nights out that they occasionally do (karaokee nights) is that he has a small ish drunken audience who are all well up for it. I don't imagine a theatre audience would offer the same response.

I agree, rubbish idea, he#s a funny Dj not a comedian, I think secretly he would love to be a stand up, but inherantly he's shy, hence radio, and or TV based round getting pissed first
