Don't be stupid - London, fair enough, will probably benefit more than most (but then they are paying for it more than the rest of the country.) We now have a duty to try and raise some more sporting talent in time for the games - this will be nationwide, which means other facilities being revamped as well.

It is a fact that a major sporting event like this encourages participation - that will also be nationwide.
