What will that actually achieve? In the end 'swear words' are just words. Each 'swear word' (well all that I can think of) have a non-swear equivalent so what difference does it make if you say the 'swear' one or the non-swear one?
If by some miracle 'swear words' are wiped from the English language, don't you think other words will just be said in their place? The 'swear words' are in the language for a reason, because people needed them to add emphisis where non-swear words wouldn't do, hence the F-word, it's simple, quick to say and can be used in a vast number of situations. It's only due to people's over-protective (and sometimes stupid) nature that it is deemed wrong for kids to hear/say them.
